Pool Rental
Please read below for conditions of rental. Contact Pool@drrcorp.com for more information.
Members may reserve the pool for private parties during non-operating hours subject to the following rules:
1) Pool must be rented by an adult (over 21) member in good standing for parties of 11+ people
with approval by the DRRC Board &/or Pool Committee.
2) All parties held on Sunday through Thursday evenings will terminate by 11:00 PM.
Parties held on Friday or Saturday evenings will terminate by 12 midnight.
3) Certified Lifeguards must be on duty at all times. Those members renting the pool must stay
at the party for the entire duration of the party.
4) Georgia alcoholic beverage laws apply to all parties.
5) Pool rental fee of $100, Lifeguard fees (current rate) & a refundable security deposit of $250 must be paid to the Pool Committee Chairman.
Those renting the pool will be responsible for clean up & removal of trash from the property. The deposit will be refunded when the
pool area has been cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Board.
Any damages to the property or clean-up cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any damages to the pool or pool area incurred during the rental of the pool beyond the $250 will be charged to the member renting the pool.
6) A written request must be submitted to the Pool Committee Chairman at least 3 weeks in advance of the party
to reserve the pool along with submitting a check for all fees.
7) DRRC reserves the right to place additional conditions for rental, based on the type of event.
